I update my online shop sporadically throughout the year. Generally, I do not offer multiples of works shown unless specified. To find out when I might be updating my shop, please sign up to my newsletter.

Shipping

I currently only ship within the UK. All orders will be shipped from Glasgow. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery address you entered during checkout. 

I cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details and a secure delivery address during checkout to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

If your package appears to be missing, please check that it is not held at your local post office after a failed delivery attempt or use the tracking number. If you received a notice of delivery from the carrier but cannot find your package, please notify me via email within 3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are considered final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you received a broken item. If you received a broken item, please get in touch via email within 3 days from delivery.

Commissions

I have limited availability for commissions, however I am able to take on a small number of tableware and/or ornamental orders from time to time. Please pop me an email to enquire and allow 3 working days for a response.

Wholesale

Unfortunately, I am unable to work on wholesale orders.

Care & Use

My pots are both dishwasher safe and food safe unless specified in the description. However, I recommend exercising caution; hand washing is the preferred method for cleaning and I encourage you to avoid microwaving these pieces if possible. Subjecting any pot to significant changes in temperature can decrease the integrity of the creation and therefore its longevity.

It's important to note that my pottery is not mass-produced in a factory; each pot is unique and individually crafted and will therefore have subtle differences.
